What is MORE BODY doing to ensure a lighter footprint on the planet?
Do you use sustainable fabrics?
Yes, predominantly MORE BODY incorporates a sustainable techno-fabric such as the one made with ECONYL® regenerated Nylon yarn derived from pre and post industrial waste such as discarded fishing nets, carpet fluff and tulle etc. This fabric is used in all our activewear.
We use 95% Bamboo fibre in our t-shirt collection.
What do you use for your packaging?
Our delivery satchels are made of corn starch with a binding agent/resin and are fully compostable at home. Our tissue is unbleached and our MORE BODY stickers are 100% recycled and compostable using matt coated paper and the glue is non toxic and food grade.
Do you offer Carbon offsets for your deliveries?
We've teamed up with CarbonClick, a kiwi company making it easy for people and businesses to help fight climate change. CarbonClick looks like a green button at checkout. When a customer clicks, it adds a small contribution to their transaction, to purchase carbon offsets. These offsets balance out the carbon emissions of the purchase. CarbonClick funds forest restoration, tree planting, and renewable energy projects in NZ and around the world.We're proud to be part of the fight against climate change. We'll be making our own contributions, and changing our practices to reduce our carbon footprint. We hope you'll join us by choosing CarbonClick with your purchase.
Our mandate is to be as conscious in our ideation, fabric selection, production processes, packaging and delivery as we can. The factory that produces 95% of our active wear is a member of Amfori BSCI (a leading global business association for open and sustainable trade) and they undergo regular audits to trade with purpose.
We are educating ourselves constantly on new fabric innovations and processes.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed and you have made it through the checkout process we are unable to cancel it.
Can I return/exchange my purchased items?
We are committed to ensuring the enjoyment of receiving and wearing MORE BODY is a joyful and trusted one. Why? Well, we thought of you when designing the garments so now we just need to ensure you're in the right product and right size. So if for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item(s) purchased from morebody.com.au, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s).
Please note that Sale, Flash Sale or Warehouse Sale items are final and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange, for wrong decision or change of mind.
Please download the full price returns/exchanges form here, complete all details and send the goods back to us. We don't wish to sound harsh, however we are pretty strict on our returns policy so help us to help you with a smooth process and please ensure:
- Item(s) are in original clean condition and unworn or washed
- No makeup marks
- All swing tags and labels are still attached
- Proof of purchase clearly stating that the item(s) were purchased from morebody.com.au
If you purchased MORE BODY through external stockists, this is in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.

In the rare chance an item is faulty MORE BODY firstly, apologies in advance and we will happily replace or refund faulty items, subject to availability. Help us to help you by ensuring:
- Faulty items that were purchased via morebody.com.au are returned by contacting MORE SUPPORT team firstname.lastname@example.org who will provide a faulty items return form to you for completion.
- If your garment is faulty and was purchased by an external stockist this is in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
SHIPPINGWhen will I know my order has been sent and can I track its journey?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched (please make sure you look in your junk and spam emails just in case our email address has not been recognised).
